Random check engine light

O"k i ahve a little prediciment. I have been driving my truck around and it has been running great, no problems. Then I will be driving it and all of the sudden the engine check light comes on. no difference in how it runs or anything. So I get home and reset it and it goes away for about two, three weeks and now its back. Has this happened to anyone else?

try searching for how to pull a code, that way when it comes on again you can pull the code and see what is going on. Could be your O2 sensor.

Mine is doing that for an egr temp sensor...

It runs the same and goes off intermittently so I'm not worried too much about it.

When it's on pull the code and then you'll know.
