Hey all! So I'm in the process of rebuilding my r150f for my rig and while I was pressing several gears off the output shaft I chipped the teeth on 1st and 2nd gears . I was able to source 1st from the stealership but I've looked all over the internet to the best of my ability and literally nobody has it, I've tried ordering through toyotapartsdeal, amayama, and looked on partsouq as well. I'm curious if I'm SOL on this trans or maybe sourcing a used gear out of another junkyard trans? I fear a used gear will not wear well with a different used countershaft, so that's a last ditch option for me. I'm a mechanic professionally and have a coworker who has decades of experience rebuilding medium/heavy duty truck trannies and he says I should just round off the sharp edges and run it. I trust his word but I would really rather replace it if I can to mitigate any chance of failure in the future. What's your opinion on this gear? Run it, or am I SOL? Or by some miracle someone who knows of a site that has discontinued parts for this trans or can source an interchangeable part for this 2nd gear? Toyota says there are several part numbers (3303335110 and 3303335040) and I've searched high and low for either one of these parts and have come up dry (even ordered through toyotapartsdeal and amayama only to get refunds and a statement saying "part is discontinued"). I'm in a bind haha any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll include several pics of said 2nd gear, it is chipped on 3 different teeth as shown:
