1 inch body lift is like $100 and some change to your door from 4crawler....

It will give you more room to work on your motor or just anything under your truck. with a 1'' you dont have to mod the shifters, or front bumper if you dont want to.

is that just an opinion or do you have personal experience with them? just saying that they "blow" would just be an ignorant thing to say. a 1 or 2" body lift would solve all your problems. I'm putting one on my truck for clearance and a future 3.4 swap.

Body lifts make the body look goofy but if you want tire clearence and cheap then thats the way to go. ( mind you there is other things you have to do with a body lift ) BUT either way you can go with the ball joint spacers and all that. prob more expensive tho. Personally my dad has a 89 ifs with a 4in suspension and put 35x14.5 boggers on and needed more tire clearence so he put on a 2 in body lift and it dont look the bad and has PLENTY of room now.
