Pedalpwr27

I have recently purchased an 86 pickup 4x4, pretty much stock with 3 inch shackle lift in rear and cranked torsion bars up front, running 31s. I have been searching for a set of 4.88 thirds to upgrade from my 4.10s, so i can run 33s. I found a 95 4Runner at pull a part with a set in it today but the rear axle must have been hit bc it is pretty well bent. I was curious what everyones opinion would be about the third member? do you think that it would be damaged at all? im going to try to go back tomorrow with my slide hammer puller and see if i cant get it out and take a closer look at it. Any thoughts would be appreciated. The 4Runner is in great shape otherwise, only around 150xxx miles. Thanks!
