Question about locking hub

Will one of the manual locking hubs not working properly keep both front tires from pulling?

Yes it will.

Both hubs must be locked for the front to pull.

If the front differential has a limited slip or locking carrier, one side might pull, but ordinarily, both hubs must be locked.

Thanks buddy. 4 wheel hasn't worked in years. I finally took out locking hub assembly and found problem. Put back in and all is well now. I appreciate all the good info found on this site from some very knowledgeable people like yourself.
