Q's on replacing a carb

I've got a rebuilt carb that I'm planning to swap my current on with. Bought the rebuild from National Carburetor. Seems pretty straight forward but I've never messed with a carb before. Any tips? Are there any parts/censors that I need to swap over?

On an unknown carb first thing I would do is take pictures of both to compare them. Post them here so we can see what you see.
It could help to know what vehicle, and any non-stock parts, you are working on.

Alright, I'll take photos later this afternoon. It's an 87 (non-turbo) and I'm not sure about what is on there. The truck was pretty built when I bought it so it may not be the stock carb... it def has the electronic choke which still works though. Thanks in advance.
