Putting Brake Lines Back In

Alright i had my rear brake lines go out on me the other week and am just gettin around to putting them back in. The only problem is, i have forgotten which line goes were on the valve thing in the back . I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the main brake line goes on the top or bottom.

Thanks Guys
