Tonight I pulled the trigger on the Smitty built 8000lb winch offered by MASTERWACKER from 4wheelparts.com and have to say that Paul is a stand up guy.

I talked with him about the winch and lost the message I sent him so I called 4wheelparts Internet sales and got a quote from them for $359.93 with a no questions asked lifetime warranty and free shipping.

Then I found Paul's message again and called him since I talked to him first about one(Kinda guy I am) explained to him the offer they made me and he got hold of his regional manager and was told they don't offer the lifetime warranty anymore so with his blessing I ordered one from the Internet shop and it will be here by Friday next week.

Anyway the point I am trying to make is that 1.Paul (MASTERWACKER) is a stand up guy and I will do business with him in the future and 2. I got a 8000lb winch with a lifetime no questions asked warranty where else are you gonna find that with a winch?
