PS union bolt

Here I am in over my head again. 93 Cab & Chassis V6 auto.

PS pressure hose let go right in front of my house. Ordered new and will replace return lines also.

I cannot get the union bolt out and am afraid I am going to damage something if I continue trying. What I believe is the pressure port union has come loose Blue arrow in picture. I see no way to get a wrench on pressure port?? Surfed the net and see no reference to removing bolt. Must be a trick to it.

Any input, help, suggestion or wise cracks greatly appreciated.

That is a banjo bolt, what you pictured is probably just part of the casting....
no pin.
Put your wrench on the bolt head and put some serious torque on it and smack it ( the bolt head) with a small hammer while holding the torque... enough sharp whacks will probably break it free.

Got lucky and line fitting into gear housing came loose, that is done. Any suggestions on actually removing line? Been looking on the net and not finding any tutorials on taking it out. Seems like a lot of things must be removed to get it out??
