Unhappy Power Steering Fluid in Intake Plenum!?

During the course of rebuilding my leaky Power steering pump with the Toyota rebuild kit, I must have messed up my idle up valve on the pump. When I went to refill the reservoir with fluid with ATF Dexron type 3 (Valvoline) the tailpipe started smoking excessively, similar to when I did a Seafoam treatment. Did my headgasket just blow? And at ilde after sitting a few days? I went through the bleeding procedure as I have found here and the FSM: Front on Jack stands, fill reservoir, start engine, turn wheel back and forth, refill....

I kept thinking, man this is taking alot of fluid, and the reservoir kept emptying. That's when my small brain finally put 2 and 2 together and realized my idle up valve (Air control valve in FSM) was not working and the vacuum was sucking the fluid right into the plenum, explaining the smoky exhaust. So I removed the valve and blocked it off and sealed the 2 vacuum tubes. Only took about a quart to service after that.

So my exhaust is still smoking, though maybe a little less. I threw about 2 quarts down through the vacuum. So what precautions should I take. Oil change immediately? Seafoam treatment? Or just run it until it burns it off. Help/opinions please...

2+2 equals alot less than a new motor, or about what I poured in dollars down the intake

I found the answer on another forum. Apparently ATF = seafoam, at least when poured into the intake plenum. So my truck got a nice bonus seafoam treatment, lol!

On a different note, my plastic plug/o-ring combo failed to seal the air control valve opening. I know its and M-14, fine thread or 1.50 pitch. What have people used to seal the opening after removing the idle up valve on the ps pump?
