Power loss

Power loss
Morning gentlemen,
I'm hoping to get some help with my 1993 4runner 3.0V6. As of lately, my runner has been driving good, but for some strange reason I lose power( bogs down) almost as if the engine is flooded when going up the slightest hill or grade? I'm talking about a 10-15mph loss. It drives very well on flat roads, but I've noticed the difference immediately. At first I thought that maybe it could be a cracked vacuum line, or a clogged fuel filter, but nothing. Those parts were in good working order. I'm looking for any kind of help as to what may be the problem with my runner, and how I can fix this. Thank you for taking the time to read...
