Hello everyone.

I've been wondering about building a new custom front bumper for my truck. I was wondering what has been made for a front bumper. Looking for ideas for mine.

My truck.
1990 Yot pickup 4x4 22re. 2 in body lift. Plow truck

Anyone make a custom bolted on Front bumper that has a setup for a plow?

Any pics or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Looking for ideas

 

If your using it as a plow truck you are kinda stuck building around the plow mounts.

You would have to be careful to allow clearance for the hydraulics etc.

I am thinking your going to need to pretty much hold to the stock dimensions .

What are you thinking of a round tube style bumper or more of a plate type.

Then I never have a Toyota Plow truck to look at when I need one.

 

Im looking to build a new bumper with my plow mounts and the pump mounts built into or around the bumper. Im looking more at a plate style bumper. (most likely c channel for the main construction) also IM looking to build it to were I can pull my pump off for summer and run my winch and fog lights.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i think im going to go your route for the mount you welded on. ( just a lil more custom with more bolts to the frame, gotta support a plow mount and pump mount). like the style of bumper you got to, what thickness of steel did you use?
