I don't mean any disrespect, but many will say those bars are not an added safety measure. They're not solid or strong enough metal, and may help or hurt in the event of a rollover. Those are mainly for looks and mounting lights, they say.

I think it looks great on your truck regardless, and matches your bumpers perfectly.

the newer years the manuals got weeded out kinda, but on older ones its rare to have automatics. i'd say a good 87% have manuals on here lol. my buddy with the same year as yours had manual she sold it recently tho

Lockers, sliders, offroad bumper, larger tires, lift, etc etc. It all depends on what you're going to use it for.

i agree^^^ but if you're gonna do a lot of street driving LSD (limited slip diff) are a better deal since you don't have to worry about them accidentally locking and you snap an axle on turns my teacher (automotive instructor 15yrs, worked on 4x4 trans tcase and diff for 25yrs prior) told me that. or a spool differential. only if you're not gonna be wheeling a lot, if its a DD with occasional play time its cheaper long run to just get LSD. if its gonna be more play than DD the deff go with lockers

I have always wanted one of these, but couldn't justify the cost.

Well, I finally dished out the cash for one. It's a beautiful piece, in my otherwise dirty engine bay:

Beautiful work! my twin but in Gray, It's going to sit high due to the frame. I'm 5'10" and It takes a little work to get in. Lol but it is all worth it. I posted a pic a couple pages back sitting next to my stock 2011 so you can see the difference, mine is on 35s
