got my newest addition to the family home friday, here she is.

when we first left. Drove good the whole way there. the 3vz mated to an auto was wayyyy more gutless then my 5 speed. Anyway, very stable and rode great. shifted good too. brakes are just a tad spongy. I believe our top speed for the ride was 60mph.

You gotta set in person. It's more like a rust 50 gallon drum. I'm not gonna lie, the cab is suprisigly 99.9% rust free, but the bed and chassis is just junk

 

 

I gotta get mine back out on the trails. It's put together, now I just need the time.

Hey Everyone. I'm new to YotaTech. Ive gone through this entire thread in the past week or so and thanks to you all i have so many new ideas in store for my truck.
And I just realized how many post replies i did throughout the week lol sorry for so many posts.

Anyway This is how my Sexy beast sits right now.
I started reconstructing this Toyota about a year ago then got put on hold for about 6-7 months when I moved out.
Now that I'm all settled in I can continue from where I left off at.



I just got my front axle for SAS and 4" lift to go along with it. I'll post some updated pix later when its installed with my 33's.

So after about 2 weeks of dicking around with the guys at the auto parts store and waiting for parts from parts train I finally got tail lights.

After, still dented up but I think it looks better.

Did both just for ˟˟˟˟s, plus so they match.

Now that the weather is drying up and getting warmer I'll have to sand, primer, and paint so its not all rusty. Hopefully it will match some what.

The guy who was supposed to build my bumpers is laggin, so I talked to a friend who built his for his yota and we're gonna build bumpers+ rack for my rig.

 

i just went through over 100 pages.... my eyes burn and now i no what runner/truck to look for. SAS, 35-37's, and not a 3.0no

Don't care for white letters but I wanted the little bmw, rice racer, sportscar drivers to know when I pull up next to them that yes they are mickey thompson yes yours might go fast but mine will go anywere! and yes if I got the chance I would drive over the top of your beamer!! hahaha
