I think it would look pretty good hillbilly! Would definitely offer more protection for the headlights too, which is why I did mine like that. Just remember, the more tubing you add, the more weight your putting in the front end. I've got about 50ft of DOM 1-1/4" in my front end and the stock suspension really noticed all the weight. Hence the need for some coilovers

Not sure about the crowded thing... I can see some people thinking that.... Hmmm,

ONLY thing I was thinking, support and practicality wise.... (wont look as grrrr, lol) is to start a tube just south of the top of the stinger, bout 10 oclock and then down to the same corner?

Maybe start it a lil further down from the stinger, then up like the grrr eyebrow, then straight over the top of the light, then down to the corner at an angle? Not sure if that's even possible.... just thinking out loud! lol.

X3, welcome to Yotatech! And X3, .... PAINT? Hey, I'm sure it's got some stuff going on that we can't see...but I'd sport that and be proud, beef up the rest of the goodies that CAN effect her performance, mileage, etc., ...then paint it later on. NICE FIND< very clean!

Oh, well the truck now stays in the garage. Back then some male cat slept on top of the truck, and pissed on top, so the clear coat peeled off.
It has 267k miles 1990

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! "Can you say 30/6, boys and girls? Why yes, Billy...... we go 30/6 cuz we want NOTHING LEFT, okayyyyyy? Gooooood" lol... Ya know, I bet that's FARRRRRRRR more common than people realize! It's warm, they get up there, crash out, ....(IT'S WARMMMMMMMMM, WHICH LEADS TO WHAT WHEN THE CAT IS SLEEPING????) hehe.

Seriously, ...very nice pick up man! LOVE that color, ...said many times, if I repaint mine, anything but my current red, ...probably would be that red!

Nothing really, the only thing I plan to do is clean the throttle body, it has never been cleaned in 21 years. The truck has always ran rough, so I always idled it higher every year, I maxed out now, so when I turn A/C on it starts shaking.

That's about it for now, it's a great little truck, never had problems.
