Also, Hill billy, did you make that bumper, or where'd you get it from?

Here's a couple updated pics of my rig:

Finished painting my Skid plates and clear coating them, along with a few fresh coats on the Downey bumper.
besides the fact that its ifs? its not a bad lift. it was on the truck when i bought it, the guy didnt put the bump stop extensions on there, so it doesnt have bad flex. rides fine, the stiff part is the back suspension. the rough country kit lifts the back with blocks, which sucks. but other than that, im pretty happy with it its an Addicted Offroad bumper. addictedoffroad.com oh and your truck is lookin good!

heres a couple flex pics:

Nice, thank you.
Since I'm on a budget, small budget at the moment, I was thinking BJ Spacers will have to work till I can get a blazeland or TC kit. but spend a bit more on the springs and get a set of the Alcan springs. For a truck I want a mild but controlled ride. I wanna be able to jump the railroad tracks with ease on occasion, but mostly be trail worthy. It's my DD so to stiff is really gonna suck, but I hate plushy feelings in the suspension.
Right now it's all stock with Bilstein HD's and I'm nearing replacement time, so I was thinking of doing the best budget upgrade that I can. So, yea

my trailmaster lift isn't as stiff as the stock suspension on my '86..will be even softer whenever i de-crank the torsions in the front.

my truck rides stiff cuz of my 10ply load range E tires

I was looking at these on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_1225wt_941
Then switch over to LED bulbs in the rear. Already have them in the front, and strobes in the corners. The inside of the tail housings have been chromed and there's ample light output from bring stock.

That would actually look pretty cool. Would you just use LED red, white and amber bulbs? And would you smoke them or keep them clear?

And nice truck BuckNasty!

I used the spray on stuff. But I know they have film like stuff and auto body shops might do it too. Google it, there's a lot of diy ways
