Getting some great ideas from this thread! I will have to post updated pics this weekend. I am ripping off my rear bumper (OEM) because it's rusted pretty bad.

Heres the truck the first day I had it on the road. Ugly stripes and all.






Bought some black steelies with some crappy 31's on them.



Replaced a rusty fender.




Yanked out the bench seat and put in some buckets.




New console. Gotta have cupholders.




Decided it needed to be all one color so I went with the rollon paint job. Here it is being sanded before paint.







All done sitting out in the sun drying.






How it sits today. I bought a camper shell awhile back for $100 thats pretty convenient to have.

 

i got this 87 pick-up sr5 for $2300 cnd about 6 months ago. needless to say i had my work cut out for me to restore it and then some. but its almost done now and when it is the pics will be on.

 

Just got this yesterday for 2 grand. Lotsa miles. I have an 88 also with a strong engine with some electrical gremlins from being in the water one too many times.
