I have a 95 4runner 3.0 . it was sitting for a while and recently I have worked on it. It idles fine ,great actually, but as soon as you give it gas it'll get 2k rpms and bounce.... Stalls really bad and runs like crap. I've replaced the egr and checked the tps and still nothing. Any advice on this issue? Please help. I have tried everything I can think of. I also have black smoke coming out of the exhaust. I'm Stumped, this is m first 4runner and I am lost.
