Please Help Identify this bracket

So I'm an idiot. I've got my 22RE almost all back together after a HG and TC replacement but I don't know where this bracket is supposed to go. All the accessoriess look right without it. Please help--I need this truck back together to go pick up a Christmas tree. Thanks.

it goes around the water pump inlet...pretttyyy sure it's for the lower alternator mount aint it guys?

Found it. Part of the power steering bracket--it stradels the outlet of the water pump from below.

that is a bracket for power steering pump. the center hole at the 'y' mounts to the back of the timing cover just below the bypass pipe. the main power steering bracket will bolt between the two legs. just about that position in the photo, when viewed from drivers side fender.
