Plastic control lever panel on dash,removal??
On my 86 truck..does the black plastic panel behind the temp/fan/ control levers come off?Trying to put in the A/C button from behind.

yes it does. Slip something thin in from the passenger side end (i think) and pop it off.

yeah .. pull off the knobs , and just ues a 90* flat tool , to slide in behind the leavers .. it "pops" off fairly easily
