Pickup and 4runner taillights interchangeable?

Pickup and 4runner taillights interchangeable?
One of these days I want to put a different style taillight on my 4runner and found these on ebay but it says they're for pickups but they look exactly the same as 4runner taillights. Will they work?

The eBay listing is closed.
But the Rear Combination Lamp Assy 81560-89166 is listed as the same for all 4runners and pickups all years.
What makes me think that? Go to http://www.toyotapartszone.com/ and put in your VIN. Pick out the part you want, and get the part number. Now, put the part number back in the search box; it will identify the part (you already knew that), and list the models with which it is compatible.
(You may already know that the front clearance lights are a completely different story.)
