Everyone has the link for the FSM, myself included. Does anyone have a link for a parts fiche. I'm having issues with the dealer trying to locate a part for me.

The best IMO though, for pre-96 vehicles, is the EPC. But you have to download and install it. Which is trickier than it sounds. Downloading, and burning the files to 2 seperate CDs is complicated enough. But many have had difficulty getting it to install even after doing that part right, myself included.

All I can say is, it's WELL worth the while if you can get the program installed and running correctly. My biggest tip would be to just keep trying, it's temperamental. The CD setup portion of the installation, where you copy the data on the CDs to your HD, might work for you the first time, or the 50th time you attempt it. And yes, shrinking your HD free space works...to a limited extent atleast. I found I had to have within a range of MBs on my old 40GB HD, not too high not too low(~7000-12000MB IIRC). However, I've also installed it on a 200GB HD with 190+GB of free space without any issues.

I'm looking for the water inlet pipe that goes into the back of the timing cover on the passenger's side of the motor. It's about 6" long with a flange that bolts to the back of timing cover and then two barbs for small diameter hose (like 3/8" or so). These two lines connect to the bottom of the intake manifold.

The dealer here sent my a diagram but it only lists the parts as having one hose barb. I ordered it anyway and it should be here tuesday or wednesday. I has hoping to get a good diagram to crossreference the part number Monday morning.

The parts counter guy had it listed as a Water Bypass Line. Also this is for a '94 Pick-up 22re 4x4 5sp.

 

I found the diagram(below) showing the one with 2 barbs, and the part number for it. The part number for your Water By-pass Pipe No.1 is 16268-35050. You most likely purchased the other part number, 16268-35030, shown in the other diagram(w/single barb).

But, unfortunately, I can't find one for sale anywhere online. So you might have to hit up some junkyards for it. Here's a list of vehicles that also use the same part number.

 

Based on the cross reference, it looks like this part was off an '84/85 motor?!? Am I reading that correctly?
