Where can I get the plastic/nylon gear for the speedometer cable for a 86 Toyota 2.4 4x4 5 speed,used to be a turbo?

You might want to go to the home page and enter ALL of the information for your vehicle; it seems the part is sensitive to production date and other items I don't know.
