Paint for mc bumper

Finally got my mc bumper and i was wondering what prep work had to be done before i painted it with rustoleum semi gloss black paint? Any ideas for a cb antenna mount for the rear bumper also would be appreciated.

I would lightly sand it down with 200 grit and do 2-3 LIGHT coats in nice, sunny, warm weather ( 20?C+)

so, i don't need to clean it or prepare it with any chemicals. How will the rustoleum do.

rustoleum will be fine. I had my sliders installed at WabFab a couple weeks ago and i didnt do anykind of prep work and the paint still looks fine today. If anything i might wipe it down with laquer thinner or Mineral Spirits. I only have 1 coat of paint on the sliders right now and we had a freaking torrential downpoor today and the paint is still cool.

I cleaned it with brake cleaner, then two coats of etching primer and two coats of rustoleum.

On the antenna mount I was thinking about figuring out some sort of clamp.......
