Ok, Thanks everybody for your help. After I got the fuel injectors back on and a new thermostat, it does not overheat anymore!

better test for the clutch. It can go bad in two ways, i would know. Replaced mine after engine rebuild and i had a stuck clutch that would not disengage causing a whirr during accel and heavy hard shifting. Honest.
If you cant spin the fan at least a quarter turn while the engine is off. Its like mine (after warm up of course) If that works, and the car is good and hot, take a balled up rag and gently press it to the edge of the fan. If it stops before tearing your hand off ( Obviously) ur clutch is no good andit's not engaged fully when it needs to be. (when engine is Hot) good luck

Hey everyone, I just moved into my new house in Colorado Springs and have been super busy in the last couple weeks. Thanks for all the responses. The problem with the overheating turned out to be a cracked radiator cap.

Check your radiator cap.

If the radiator cap does not seal it will overheat every time.
