over 50 vibration(yes i searched)

Ok like the title says i have a vibration when driving about 50 and over. I have checked u-joints (no play at all) I had my tires balanced and check wheel bearings all good. I can not for the life of me find the source to the darn vibration. I cant check my tcase for the fill plug is stripped. Would low tcase fluid be causing this? If not what else can i check. I cant drive anywhere with this vibration. Oh and i also check the nut that holds the flange to tcase and it was loose causing leakage so i fixed that with new seal. Please someone help me out on this

could be both i guess. It has been doing this since i bought it last February. The tire place said the tires looked good. but who knows. The driveshaft maybe i dont know. Is it expensive to go get that checked?
