Oregon Engine Rebuilders Inc.

If you search yea shall find. There are several posts here about Orient Engines. It seems that several have had good success with them.
I looked at them when considering it. Seems like a good price. My suggestion is to make sure you read the stipulations of the warranties of remanufacturers.
I believe Orient requires you to have the valves adjusted soon after installation. If this is the 3.0 and you can't do it yourself then that is some serious dough. If you don't do it and something goes wrong I doubt they will honor the warranty.
Just something to keep in mind in general when looking at remanufactured engines.

yea...ive been looking around for a few weeks now...it is the 3.0 and pulling and putting in the new engine will be done by myself. however with orient's case i think you said that they require the valves to be readjusted after 600-1000 miles. and ive been fighting with my rig for awhile now. orient is one of my top choices but i was curious about these fellas. Anyone in the portland area that knows them or have used them?
