ome leafs one side lower than other

i just got a set of OME leaf springs for my 93 pickup and put them on they looked great rode a little rough but not bad. now after about 3 months i realized the passenger side is about a full inch lower than the drivers side. i know the gas tank is on that side so i ran the tank empty and still an inch lower. any one have any ideas what could be causing this?

Perhaps the springs are side specific.
