oil pressure sender

hey guys a bit of a question for you. I have an 89 4runner 22re and I couldnt locate an sr5 dash (with Tac) so I just bought an aftermarket tac for around 100ish bucks. Now of course (a month later) i come across an sr5 dash at a junkyard :| :|

But anyways this truck also has the oil pressure sender on the block (not the dummy light one) so im planning on grabbing it off and installing it on mine then buying an aftermarket oil pressure gauge.... So my question is do i just need to take the sender off the block along with that black cap on it. Should that clip in to my connector once i take mine off the block or do i need to take some wiring with it??

Also does anyone know if behind the dash i will have an connector that i can hook the oil pressure gauge up too. And lastly if i do have a connector (which i would hope) then do aftermarket gauges ever plug and play to it??

Im reallly regreting not just holding out for the dash now lol but im to stubborn to waste the tac ive already shelled out 100bucks for. hehe thanks guys!
