Oil Pan redo

OK ,looks like my rebuild 2.0 is showing some colors and that color is oil with a little of coolant from the water pump!

I plan to redo the front end and oil pan AGAIN because of oil and coolant slowly working its way out. 1st, I have a feeling I did not use enough ultra grey sealant on the oil pan because there was a blockage in the tube and about 2 pennies think of material was applied. Thats why 8k miles later its starting to leak out. Bolts are all wet.

Last time I worked on the truck the motor was out.

I came across this youtube video

By the looks of this, it will make life a lot easier since the motor will be in the truck. Has anyone done it this way?

I have little tools, space and time. I have a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY important event to attend next month.

Thoughts? Tips? Tricks? Questions? Bueller?
