Exclamation Oil in combustion chamber

Hey guys I am working on my little bros 94 4Runner and he recently over filled the oil n his car to twice the amount it was supposed to have and started the car up white smoke started pouring out the exhaust and the car had oil in pretty much ever place imaginable so I pulled it into the garage and started pulling the engine apart to clean all the oil out of it I have just pulled the heads off and noticed ther is oil in the combustion chambers of five of the cylinders but the sixth has coolant in it I am unsure of how this happen and how to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

^^^ Probably. '94....6 cylinders and all. Nevertheless.....

What's the whole story to this? Was the truck doing anything weird before he overfilled? And, all he did was start it? Didn't drive it or anything? I'd hate to think the block busted somewhere, but.....

And, which cylinder exactly?

Yes it s the 3.0 v6 the full story is he was trying to do an oil change and drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil he told me when he stared the car he heard a loud ting or crack noise coming from the engine bay then it started blowing big clouds of smoke out the exhaust when he told me I removed the tube that comes from the throttle body to the air filter and there was oil in it so I basically pulled the engine apart just following the oil and now I'm at the combustion chamber and there all filled with oil and one is filled with coolant and I'm am unsure what to do next

Oh man....

Ting/crack noise isn't a good sign. It's a non-interference engine, so I'd suspect maybe a thrown rod and a cracked block.....probably in the cylinder you found the coolant. Water jacket dumping in there and all. I'd pull the engine and take a good look at everything; bearings, pistons, cylinder walls, etc.
