Hey guys kinda new to the whole toyota thing but not a newbie to mechanics.

I have a 94 22re I just rebuilt. .040 over, new timing, water, oil pump, new injectors, new exhaust, egr deleted, air injection deleted..

I rebuilt the engine and it ran fine but wanted to replace the injectors with new units.

Replaced injectors.... now it surges at idle and is a heck of a time to get running at idle when cold. Truck idles fine when warm with just a slight amount of surge, but as soon as it is given throttle it breaks up, sputters, almost dies and then cleans up and runs full bore...
I've tested the tps sensor and wiring
Im about to test the o2 sensor
any ideas??
