Ive got an odd noise in my yota im trying to track down. It started yesterday.

It seems to only rattle after the engine is warm but only after I stop the engine for a few minutes (like getting gas)

After a minute or less of driving it wont make the noise again.

It only makes the noise on lower gears, 1st or 2nd.

It sounds heavy, not like a light piece of metal. It also sounds like its hitting the fan. Noise lasts a few seconds and goes away.

I have checked the fan, shroud, cables, belts and nothing seems to be in the fan's path or close to such.

Odd circumstances. Once I figure it out I will post the results.
