Not Too Bad....

I got the quote for the machine work on my 22RE this morning. $350. I was expecting about $650, so $350 was a nice surprise. The heads arent cracked and just need a resurface and valve job. The block is good, just needs a cleaning and they say bored .20, possibly .40 (which i have reservations about). But i am glad it is getting closer that i can get the motor back in the 4runner. Bad thing now is i have a little $$ now free and i have dangerous thinking of getting the heavy flywheel for the rig.

Anyone have the heavy flywheel and notice a differnce? I have the heavy buick flywheel on my buck v6 and have never felt the differnce between light and heavy flywheels. I am tempted and this is the time to do it, but looknig for real world results. I guess the motor will be a speed mosnter bumped to .20 or .40 over
