Talk to John. He's been selling these parts for 28 years he told me last week. I just ordered Springs, torsion bars, and all my steering parts from him. Had everything I ordered to me in 3 days.

I tend to stay away from places that are not upfront on their prices. And NWOR has absolutely no prices listed anywhere on their site.

This tells me a few things, the guys are too busy giving price quotes to properly serve their actual paying customers. And are too worried about how their prices stack up against competitors and are only looking to make a buck. .

Both do not put customers first. As a paying customer I want to be waited on first, not after a window shopper gets done looking. And as a customer, I want to know how much the product costs. And why should I hold up someone who wants to buy something just to find out how much it costs.

LCE's prices might be high, but at least everything on their site has a price listed.

Im going for a trail capable DD, I want more flex than the stock sagged out rears give me. I dont want to do anything permanent because I plan to swap whatever I buy over to a 4 runner later this year.

I was looking at pairing BJ spacers with OME springs and es100's from fat bobs. Does this sound like a bad idea?

I was interested in NWOR leafs for a bit there but was disappointed with the website as it had no prices listed and no method of online ordering. Only by printing out a form and faxing? Or by phone long distance.

The guy that I spoke to there wasn't particularly helpful and seemed a bit full of himself when I mentioned those very points.

All that aside, how is the quality of their product?

If your not looking for permanent and light trails. Save you money and wait till you get the other vehicle. Rock the ZUK mod to level out truck or stack in additional springs into your stock pack. Your just get not going to get much of a flex increase from same length springs to make it worth the cash. IMO from my personal experience, save your cash and do it right the first time. Good luck.

I'm leaning towards an OME leaf, TB and shock combination I think.

I found this thread shortly after calling NWOR with a few questions about spring recommendations. That was by far the most rude, unhelpful, downright insulting "customer service" I've ever dealt with. The only question he did answer (very condescendingly), he was wrong about.

Aside from not listing their prices online, they seem to trash-talk their competitors. That should be another red flag.

I don't know or care if their product is worth a crap, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

John
