Noises! need some help

ok first off I have a 1990 Toyota 4Runner 5spd 4x4 3L v-6

first noise from the engine, area, sounds like an old truck trying to start, it goes away on its own, but very faintly comes back throughout driving, any ideas what this could be? could it be the fan clutch?

second noise is happening when I am shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, cant even describe the sound really, but it is not a screeching sound or a clink, wanna say like a moaning sound, master cylinder going bad, or my clutch shot?

please I need some help

Are you positive it's from the engine's hangar or could it be from the wheels and suspension?
