noise while getting up to speed

91 toyota pickup making this squeaking noise when going above 10mph or so. Does not change with engine rpm, all belts are ok. Coasting in neutral noise does not change with bumps, rpm. I know it is chassis related. slowing down in neutral noise goes away as speed decreases. sound is similar to a belt squeak pitch wise. anyone had this problem?
