Thumbs down NO start

This is not the first post that I have made for this problem, but I am still trying to figure it out. Let me recap: I had coolant line bust and my 86 22RE 4Runner overheated. Replaced the coolant line added fluid no start. I first thought my fuel pump was bad but I replaced the COR relay and now it works still no start. Replaced the ignition coil, new wires, new plugs, new pick up coil, and cleaned every ground. Tested all sensors and all tested good. I just put the pick up on and messed around with timing a little, it is making a poofing sound now. That is more than I have had in weeks. Is it possible the fuel pressure regulator is bad, you can feel the fuel line going to the regulator expand when the fuel pump comes on. Where do I go from here? Help great ones!

Did you check the oil to see if you blew a headgasket?
It's possible.
Drain the oil and see if it was milky...

Ok here we go. Pulled the EFI intake and pulled back the fuel rail and injectors. Cranked the engine and nothing. My injectors are not working what could cause this? What is something that they all have in commmon?
