No Power

Hi everyone, I am looking for suggestions on what my problem is. I have a 1989 4runner with a 3.0l in it and it is lacking power at highway speeds. I can get up to about 80kms/hr but anything after that is just not possible. It sounds and feels good it is just like someone is holding it back at highway speeds. Any suggest would be apreciated.

Have you tuned it up yet? Maybe clean out the throttle body (not sure if your's has one) and change the fuel filter too. Just a few things off the top of my head. Also, remember that the 3.0 is called the 3.slow as well.
