No Brakes!

I got no brakes as of right now.. I just changed my brake booster and I thought I had a leak in that but it was coming from my passenger side caliper, where the brake line connects to the caliper with the nut. The nut wasnt in at all just like halfway at the most. So I was just going to tighten it but it was stripped so after all the brake fluid leaked out my buddy drove me to advance to get a new nut and a flaring tool, but after I flared the line and went to thread the new nut in the samething happened the nut got stripped, I tried to tap the threads in the caliper but they look ok.. I'm I going to have to buy a new caliper? Or is there an easier way to do this?

Thanks,
Mario

Does it hold a seal, if so you should be okay, be sure to bleed that side heavily to clean out any metal from the taping..

I would guess you need a new caliper...But you could also try a new steel line...Both could probally be found at a local junk yard
