nice TRD! Good Buy?
Hey ya'll
I have been thinking about selling my truck and buying a TRD and then putting a down payment on it and making payments from there on. This is something I would be driving for years to come and probably drive till it explodes. I'm gonna look at this one this weekend.

Was also thinking about maybe a Chevy S-10 with the Zr2 package, but I don't know because of all the horror stories about the front suspension.
Thanks for any feedback

lol Chevy...you had me going for a sec. I think you could get a better price on a Taco TRD. If you plan on driving it until it dies, recall, its a Toyota and that will be a VERY long time, especially as rust is taken out of the equation.

That deal sucks!
You can get a V8 Tundra for less than that. I have a friend that just got an '04 Limited Tundra 4 door V8 for $14,400. The market just isn't supporting prices that high right now.

my friend has one...
its very reliable and a damn good truck (his only letdown was that it was an auto)
but 15k for that is overpriced. Look for one thats 10-13k
Just to let ya know, u can get a 07 tacoma for 17k

8000 seems reasonable. Take the VIN to the dealership. They'll tell you if it's still valid because they do give you a window of time before it expires. I just recently took my 1991 4runner in to check on a recall from a few years back, and it had expired two years ago.
Good luck.
Good luck.
