Ngk or denso plugs?

Ngk or denso plugs?

i have a 22re i normally order my parts for my local shop has to do the same and i get better prices online. for the 4runner tho i find 2 different heat ranges on the ngk plugs what should i use this is the site i'm looking at http://replacement.autopartswarehous...20Plug&dp=true

I've got the BPR5EY (I think, or I may have them as my spare parts plugs? or maybe both) plugs in my truck right now and they work well. The two different heat ranges may be for the difference between the re, and the ret?
