front: obsessed motorsports spindles: http://obsessedmotorsports.com/toyot...d_spindle.html, sway-away 1636 torsion bars
rear: procomp 2" lift rear shackles, procomp rear AAL (add a leaf) or find a shop to mount spring perches on top of your rear axle and do an axle top mount.

So just cranking the bars means the truck will ride more harsh and won't have acceptible wheel travel: not sure about you, but I'd be very unhappy with suspension geometry that will let my wheel move up 4-5 inches, but the springs are too stiff and won't let me use it.
not trying to bust your chaps Matt16...

new coils in the rear will net what amount of lift? Maybe coil spacers to match the BJ spacers?
so
front- 1.5" BJ spacers with a crank of the t-bar to level / match the rear
rear- 1-2" coil spacers
shocks- good jounce (compression) settings up front.
and a 2" body lift?
