Warn manual hubs are the only thing that helped increase my fuel economy. i would highly recommend it. especially since for 2nd gen 4runners its only like 150 bucks. i got an extra 50-60 miles per tank. quite an improvement i would say.

My Aisin's cost $40 and I am sure it will not take long to get that money back. Plus, it just does not make sense to have your CV's running all day when they don't need to...

tc,
I was looking at your stereo specs in your old truck...did i read that right...8 12W0!!! I have(well ahd it just blew 5 days ago :pat: ) 1 12w0 in my extended cab and everbody was impressed on how well it hit for a "little" sub. I couldn't imagine sitting in a yota with 8 of them...but i give you props for the overkill!!!

Yes, you read that right. I did pretty hardcore audio competition - as close to sponsored as you could get without having to turn pro or expert. There were essentially two complete systems in the truck. The sound quality part had one 8W6 with tons of power and people really couldn't believe how deep it would go. Then there was the SPL part with 8 12W0's in a ported box with about 900W on each one. It would hit over 150 dB!
