Did you check your other thread? I posted in there the different ways to do it. Steve-O's suggestions are spot on as well.

You can possibly cut and reweld perches before a cut and turn, depending on how out the caster is, and what your front driveline angle is like.

after my sas i had a wobble. but it is my front d shaft. "poor pinion angle"
wobbles suck! im glad i dont have the dreaded death wobble though!

I did the 5" sas and i have horrible death wobble I think it may be a bad tire though. Someone said something about if the trunion bearings are set incorrectly aswell.

Yeah.....Death Wobble is no fun at all. This was a huge concern for me when I was building my Coil-over SAS. I checked, re-checked and then checked again all my measurements when I did my Coil-over SAS. Before I could even get it put on an alignment rack I left the very next day and drove it to Moab, heavily loaded with camping gear for a full week in Moab. I had no issues with Death Wobble, even after a full week of bouncing along the trials. It really pays to do the research before undertaking such large tasks.

not sure of the drive line angle. where and how would i measure that. where would i measure for * whether its for positive or negative.
