Would most people opt to replace the water pump along with a new radiator and coolant flush?

There is no reason to change a water pump that is not weeping from its bleed holes and whose bearings still feel tight and smooth.

 

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If I needed another one, I would buy Aisin again. Mine had a grind mark, and that's because the manufacturer ground off Toyota marking.

Leaking from the pump weep hole indicates bearing is bad. I plugged the weep hole on a 1970 Pontiac Catalina 400 engine with Juicy Fruit chewing gum, and it ran like that for years and years.

 

It would indicate the inner seal has failed, allowing water into the bearing. Once the hot water circulating through the cooling system flushes the grease from the bearing it'll start to wear down.
The weep hole gives you advanced notice that the waterpump has developed issues.
