New gears

I so far like my gears and truetracs. I have 456 gears with 31 inch tires. The truck seems to have more power and lots of extra traction. I was just wandering if you guys had any recommendations on what special needs to be done during break in.I let it run in forward and reverse for ten mins, Recomended by PORC, then drove it for about 20 miles and let it sit over night. I will be making short trips mostly and under 60 mph. Neway is riding around the farm easy and slow through ditches and such with daily occurance ok. I am young and have alot of money invested in these and want them to last and work right. Thanks Clint

I was told to drive for about 20 miles then let them cool down completly, no hard driving for atleast 500 miles and definatly no towing. Also to change the gear oil after 500 miles as well.
