Yes, it could be a bent clutch fork... but it's more likely to be something else. Didja bleed the line? It can be a little tricky. I pulled the bleed screw out of my slave cylinder and ran nearly half a liter of brake fluid from the MC down do make sure I got all the air out.
Make sure you do a good bleed, then inspect the clutch bracket. They have a tendency to weaken and crack... This makes it impossible for the pedal to properly actuate ALL the piston travel to the MC.
Finally, check the pedal adjustment. It may have been changed at some point, and need adjusting for proper function with a new friction disc.
I really doubt it's a bent fork. Check the above. good luck!

In this day it is all to common to get the wrong parts.
Did you compare the new clutch with the old one??
To make sure it is not a Hydraulic issue have someone push the pedal while you watch the movement .
I am guessing you got the wrong release bearing .
I have no trouble bleeding the clutch i find it a lot easier then brakes.:jessica:

Have a look at the pedal bracket. Get in there and push the pedal by hand and watch the bracket, if there is ANY movement in the bracket itself, it'll need to be welded up or replaced.

ok i have blead the hyd system and no change so i looked at the bracket and the small pad is not hitting the senson at the bottom of push (of the clutch pedal) and moves probably a quater of a inch.... is this thing garbage now?

Personally... I just welded mine, and added a brace... Took about 5 min, and will NEVER break again, actually replacing the bracket is quite the job, and an uncomfortable one at that. Just be sure not to light the carpet inside the rig on fire like I did

Yes, I would have a hard time going into 1st while running, and at a stop, and also had to fight it into other gears while rolling, if the bracket is moving, even a quarter inch, then the clutch is not being released fully.
