New Clutch for 89 22 RE 4 Runner

Newbie here, so don't yell if it's been gone over before!

Need to replace the clutch in my 89 4runner, couple of questions. First is there one brand that is better than the other or are most of them pretty similar. Second is the flywheel. Go ahead and get one and replace it, since it will already be apart or is it a waste of money?

Any other drama of note that I should be aware of would be appreciated.

im a fan of the marlin hd clutch.

dont need to buy a new fly wheel, just have yours resurfaced its not very much.
