New C.B. antenna

Well I bought a new C.B. antenna Friday so I figured after installing my new cat I would check it out and see where to mount it.
Got the cat done and starting looking at places to mount this antenna on the 4runner.
After about a half hour of checking things out I decided that it would be cool to see if I could mount it on my spare tire rack.
The big issue I had to overcome first was how to get it up over the 35 on the rack.
After a few minutes of brainstorming and checking all around the area I found a few pieces of junk metal laying around so it was time to put the brain and metal together.
OK the idea is complete so time to grab friends shop key and welder and a can of black spray paint and here's what I came up with.
The pictures did not come out as good as I hoped so I will take a few more in the daylight for you all to get a better look.
Also remember that all the metal I used to build this was just found walking around a old closed down gas station so this means it was cheap and anyone can find this metal about anywhere.
So on to the pics for you visual junkies.

OK updated daytime pictures

That is one big ass antenna! What's the model name? Looks real nice.
That mount looks like it's made out of flat iron and two rounds forming a triangle. Hope you get to post up a new pic that is in the morning!

Antenna was not really that bad in the ballpark of a firestick if anyone is interested I can get them for $50 bucks and then I could ship to you.

You are very close its made out of a piece of angle iron and a round bar that I found walking around an old abandent gas station so it was a freebee just had to think it out and spray paint it to look like it was a bought set up.

The really nice thing about it that it works like a 102" whip and picks up and puts out very well.
